Farm Shop

In our Restaurant am Backsteinhaus our farm shop is situated, too. It offers a combination of culture and delights: books next to homemade jams, drawing blocks next to apple juice from the farm, liquors from local distilleries, and apple biscuits. We make all our delicacies ourselves, or source them from friends in the area. Schlossgut Schwante even has its own herd of Wagyu cattle to provide our guests the great luxury of the most delicious beef in the world!
